ILO: Guide for monitoring the performance of national Youth Guarantees

The aim of this guide is to provide a template for the collection and analysis of monitoring data on key reforms, early intervention, outreach approaches, activation strategies and labour market integration measures that are part of the Youth Guarantee. It reviews the data required to assess the performance of the said measures and provides examples on how to collect, analyse and present performance monitoring information.
