Low academic attainment is a very crucial factor leading youth to inactivity and social exclusion. Young people with low levels of education are three times more likely to be NEET than those with tertiary education and two times more likely than those with secondary education.

    400+Future is a low threshold programme that targets young NEETs to support them to re-engage in education and training activities.
