- Hybrid work can take different forms: free choice to work on-site or remotely, full-time remote or full-time on-site, or combination of the two set by the employer according to the needs of the organisation (presence in the office for team meetings, or according to the needs of the team, or to a predefined schedule, etc.);
- this term is not synonymous with: hybrid self-employment / hybrid entrepreneurship.
