The subject of this open invitation to tender is to conclude two framework contracts for the provision of ICT services for the development and maintenance of Cedefop information systems. These services include consulting, analysis, design, development, maintenance and administration, technical support and project management. Lot 1 is related to the Microsoft Cloud ecosystem encompassing products and solutions such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Purview, Power Platform and Azure, while Lot 2 is related to the maintenance of Cedefop’s ERP system called “Fibus”. Fibus relies on PowerBuilder for the client interface and on MS SQL for the database.
