Subject to feasibility capacity and resources, we cooperate with national authorities to understand the challenges of their skills anticipation systems or practices and identify future development opportunities.
We use relevant Cedefop data and synthetic analyses to comparatively evaluate the performance of EU countries’ skills systems and investigate skill mismatches, helping national stakeholders identify bottlenecks and improvement possibilities.
In recent years, we have carried out national skills governance reviews in close cooperation with national authorities in several countries. These involved diagnosing problems, finding solutions and formulating policy roadmaps to transfer insights into policy action. Aside from engaging in joint projects, when asked, we do our best to respond to requests for sharing knowledge and expertise on skills intelligence.
