The rapid spread of digital technologies is restructuring EU labour markets, creating new jobs, and automating others while shifting demand towards more digitally intensive occupations.
Our work focuses on analysing the impact of digitalisation and automation on EU employment and skill needs. We use data from the Cedefop European skills and jobs surveys, online job postings analysis and Cedefop’s skills forecasts.
